Domestic CANADA orders over $75CAD
- Shipped via. Letter Mail (UNTRACKED) if package contains ONLY FLAT ITEMS (Stickers/prints/bookmarks etc.)
- Shipped via. Air Mail (TRACKING INCLUDED) if package contains BULK ITEMS (Washi tape, memo pads, or has to be packed in a box)
USA orders over $120CAD
- Always Shipped via. Air Mail (TRACKING INCLUDED) no matter the contents
INTL orders over $150CAD

Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be sent in the email notification you get when your order has been shipped out! If you don't see it but know you purchased tracked shipping, please contact me so I can find it ASAP! -
It said my order items shipped separately. What does that mean?
Your items were NOT shipped separately!! Because I migrated to a different platform, I transferred products directly into this website and some products were labelled as "non physical goods". I tried to go through all of them, but there will always be the odd one out. Rest assured though, all your items have shipped together as long as they were made in the same purchase! -
I had to pay a customs fee for my package. Why?
Customs fees are paid when the items declared inside of the parcel is over a specific currency amount. This can vary per country and even per city. Please know I try my best to prevent you guys from paying any extra fees on top of the shipping, but for certain items, I can't list it on the package as less than it is or else it may be more susceptible to being abandoned if the customs are not paid for. Please note I will not refund money to pay for your customs fee.
